Priority is a free service available to all O2 UK mobile customers. It delivers vouchers direct to their mobile phone, from nearby brands that are closely matched to their personal preferences, via in app-messaging, email, MMS and SMS.

Our Horizon platform holds details of all brands and merchants, linked to an O2 data warehouse, and sends vouchers to over 3 million O2 subscribers by targeted SMS message.

The advanced segmentation capabilities of Horizon are used to target each offer and encourage engagement, based on recent activity, customer preferences, and their location. This has resulted in a 261% up-lift in check-ins to O2’s Priority Moments app – an important measure of customer loyalty.
