Forrester includes HTK in Loyalty Solutions Vendor Landscape Report
Loyalty solution provider HTK has announced its inclusion in a new report from independent research firm Forrester

Forrester’s Customer Loyalty Solutions: Vendor Landscape Report provides insight and advice for companies looking to select a new provider, as well as listing a selection of sample vendors in each category of loyalty solution.
The report describes end-to-end solutions as addressing a wide, and often complex, range of loyalty requirements from technology to strategy. This includes solution design, campaign management, program delivery, and analytics — whether these are native to the company’s service offering or delivered through partners.
HTK has also been recognised in two other Vendor Landscape Reports this year: Cross Channel Campaign Management and Real-Time Interaction Management.
