Partnership Working

HTK interactive voice and media services are connected securely to the CJX and GSi networks, and can be used by local authorities, police forces and other partnership organisations to deliver joined-up interactive services:

Horizon™ Customer Service:

  • Interactive SMS text, voice and web tools for Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnerships / Community Safety Partnerships to assess local issues and provide feedback on progress
  • Interactive SMS text and multimedia messaging solutions for 101 Partnerships
  • Interactive voice and messaging services that provide a single self-service access point for the public whilst integrating with multi-agency information sources behind the scenes in order to maximise transaction completion rates and reduce avoidable contact

Horizon™ Warn and Inform:

  • Warn and Inform services that can be managed by various departments but offer a single, consistent access point for the public to receive information during an incident
  • Notification services that provide up-to-the-minute information simultaneously to government, private sector and third sector trusted partners

Information collected from the public by HTK Horizon™ services, whether through an on-line form, telephone call or SMS text message, can be automatically analysed and routed to a police force, local authority and/or partner agency according to a set of configurable business rules.

The Horizon™ Service Delivery Platform (SDP) takes the Shared Service approach to a new level, bringing real innovation to important citizen engagement issues whilst reducing operational costs.
