The HTK Concept Lab works with government departments and end-users to find new and innovative ways of providing public access to government services.

HTK is an approved e-Delivery Team (EDT) partner as part of the Government Gateway Alliance Programme (GGAP), and is continually looking at ways to leverage existing infrastructure services such as Government Gateway to provide secure, personalised citizen access to government services.
