With HTK interactive voice and media services, community engagement through new channels such as the Internet and SMS text messaging can be made consistent, coherent, managed and fully audited. HTK services are used daily across Government to create safer and more confident communities.

Community engagement strategies will continue to evolve as citizen expectations for e-services increase.
