New Horizon for Payment Recovery

HTK is delighted to announce the launch of Prompt-2-Pay, the latest addition to the HTK Horizon Billing & Payment portfolio.

The automated outbound voice, SMS and email response system cuts the cost of calls to customers for missed or late payments, and enhances their experience, routing the caller to an automated payment feature or alternatively directing the call to an operator so that payment can be made in person. With the credit crunch increasing propensity for late and missed payments, Prompt-2-Pay can support an accounts collection team by removing much of the need for manual, labour intensive outbound calling.

Built on the secure and robust HTK Horizon platform, Prompt-2-Pay enables organisations to connect with their customers using a blend of automated outbound voice, SMS and email, tailored to suit the customer's unique profile. In addition to payment notification, Prompt-2-Pay can also be utilised for other services; including notification of potential fraudulent card activity, alerts for customers approaching credit card or overdraft limits, advising customers of payment-due information before a debt occurs, and logging when a customer promises to pay.

Reminding a customer that they are just about to miss a payment, or querying unusual account activity at the time it occurs, can provide an extremely positive experience; enhancing satisfaction and improving customer retention.
