Messaging
Horizon™ Messaging is the easiest way to make an interactive voice call (IVR) or send a mobile text or picture message (SMS or MMS), fax, pager or Airwave SDS - straight from your email account.
For example, to send a mobile text message just address the email to <mobile number>@sms.htk.co.uk and type the message as usual. To send a fax, send the email to <fax number>@fax.htk.co.uk and add your documents as attachments to the email.
Making interactive voice calls is just as easy. Attach a .WAV file or type a message that will be converted using text-to-speech synthesis, or for greater flexibility specify a Horizon™ Application in the email subject line.
Horizon™ Messaging is ideal for quickly and easily integrating multi-channel messaging into existing email systems and applications.
