Adrian's extensive experience of the telecommunications industry was gained in a wide range of engineering and commercial roles during a 28 year career with BT. He became interested in IVR in 1990 when appointed Speech Applications Product Development Manager.

Since leaving BT in 1995 to take up a career in consultancy, Adrian has advised a variety of clients on IVR and other telecommunications issues. A founder director of HTK, Adrian is responsible for company strategy, financial management and project definition.
